Kitchen and Bathroom Surveyors X2 West Midlands



£21,000 - £25,000 basic, plus commission plus vehicle, mobile phone and laptop.



A black country based family run contractor has recently won a five year contract with a national DIY retailer to manage their kitchen and Bathroom Installation contract in the West Midlands.

With new premises being sought in the Black Country area, we are actively seeking experienced two Kitchen & Bathroom Surveyors.



The role of Kitchen & Bathroom Surveyors is to:



• Booking appointments through out the West Midlands region with the tenants at a mutual convient time to carry out detailed surveys.

• Conduct accurate site surveys at the premises where the kitchen and or bathroom are to be installed.

• Conduct site surveys, preparing kitchen & bathroom lay outs (on a laptop) and scheduling tenants' choices.

• Working from a schedule of rates

• Liaison with the manufacturer to ensure correct equipment is ordered from the survey.

• Knowledge of domestic Electrical and Gas regulations would be an advantage.

• Checking on works that are in query that are within the warranty period.



The successful candidate will have previous experience of Kitchen and Bathroom surveyors working within the public or private sector. This is an exciting and challenging role for an individual who wants to develop their career.
