Estates Officer



Opportunity

Birmingham based Primary Care trust seeks a competent Estates Officer for a four month freelance contract starting immediately.

The role entails the supervision/management of a multi-disciplinary team of building contractors, as to ensure all minor works of adaption’s, alterations, upgrade, renovations and maintenance are carried out to the highest standards. These projects will value up to £250k with the work conducting ranging from fire doors and office refurbishments.

The role will also ensure you review condition surveys, implements and maintain physical asset register and manages minor schemes and capital works.

Suitable applicants will have experience working in an estates department within the NHS or a similar organisation.

Hourly rate will be commensurate with experience.
