Project Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing



A Project Quantity Surveyor or experienced Quantity Surveyor is urgently required by our client to work from their office in Bromsgrove.



The ideal candidate can expect a salary in the region of:

Up to £40,000 per annum depending upon experience

Car or Car Allowance

The Role:

This position is to join a new project team working on a £4m responsive maintenance contract.



This contract will involve maintenance on housing stock in Leicestershire, Coventry and Birmingham.



The successful candidate will be based from their main office in Bromsgrove although there maybe an opportunity to travel to these areas if desired.
