My Client requires an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor/ Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a New Build Residential Project in London.



Location: Surrey



Remuneration:

Up to £30,000 per annum

The Client and the Job:

My Client is one of the leading contractors in the UK and have a staff compliment of over 500 people. The have an annual turnover in the region of £500 million. My client requires an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to initially work on a new build housing project based in London valued at £4 million. The successful Quantity Surveyor will also work on education, leisure, health and commercial projects.



Requirements:

Ideally 4 Years Quantity Surveying Experience

BSc in Quantity Surveying or construction related subject is desirable

Strong contractor background

RICS membership is desirable
