Mortgage Seller, basic to £16K + unlimited bonus
An opportunity is here for ambitious and enthusiastic people looking to aspire to become a Mortgage Advisor with an above average salary for a trainee role. The client is one of the largest Banks in the UK and is expanding its already successful sales force.
This is an excellent opportunity as you will be able to study for the CeMap (Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice) qualification and progress to the next level and increase your earning potential.
Working in a busy call centre on either Extra Borrowing or New Business Team you will be trained to sell Mortgage products to customers.
Calls will be incoming and you will receive 3 weeks of comprehensive training as well as ongoing support and guidance. You will need to be able to work a 35 hour week, including one late shift (8pm) and 1 Sat/Sun in every 3 or 4 weeks.
You will be working in a very up to date and modern office in the centre of Birmingham in a friendly team environment, you will also receive:

25 days holidays + bank holidays
Salary of £14,250 to 17,000
Employer funded pension scheme, (15% employer funded pension scheme which can be taken as cash)
10% annual bonus, equating to an overall package of circa £20,000. In addition to this there is an uncapped bonus scheme.
Registered Mortgage Sellers are available for fully Cemap qualified individuals with a salary to £19,500 and the opportunity to earn up to £12,000 in bonus per annum.
To start your career as a successful Mortgage Seller you will need to have worked in a sale environment where you are confident as achieving targets. A telesales background is preferable but not essential, but you will need to have a clear credit history.
